Independent resident advice

Residents have to be at the heart of decisions that affect their homes and neighbourhoods. This means that they will often need to have independent resident advice to make sure they are equal partners and can make informed decisions.

We provide this service when residents are getting involved in decisions over options for the future of their homes, stock transfer and regeneration. We can make sure that:

Our independent resident advice projects include

·      Stock options at Chesterfield, Stroud, Nuneaton and Bedworth and Richmondsire.

·      Stock transfer and regeneration at Green Man Lane and Stroud.

·      Advice to homeowners affected by regeneration at Coventry NDC

We also provide a pre-independent advice service where we set up new resident groups and help them appoint their own advisors. We have done this at Oadby and Wigston, Gloucester and North Kensington.
