From co-ops to consultation, we can provide a wide range of support to residents and social landlords.

From our beginning, we have championed resident empowerment and have a strong track record of helping to set up co-ops and tenant management organisations. More recently, we have been advising resident groups that want to lead on choosing or developing a new landlord for their homes through tenant-led stock transfer and community ownership.

We also help social landlords engage directly with their customers. This can be through designing and carrying out market research through surveys, focus groups and mystery shoppers. We can help to set up new resident groups and customer panels and review your own resident engagement activities and assess your strengths and weaknesses.
